Construction machinery

Construction machinery exteriors require greater rigidity and durability than automobiles parts.
As a result, the steel material becomes thicker and requires different know-how from dies for automobiles. Because we have extensive knowledge of various steel materials, we are able to provide proposals that go into the product design of dies.

Housing materials

Our dies are useful for creating products with completely new ideas, such as creating detailed patterns on tiles and wall materials, and producing new high-quality building materials.
Some customers are not familiar with housing construction materials that use dies, so we provide support from the design stage, including suggestions for the process of using dies.

Example of our experience

Construction Machinery/Weight Cover

This is the dies for forming the counterweight cover of the hydraulic excavator. In process 1, deep draw die of large panels is performed.

Construction Machine/Muffler Cover

This is the mold for forming the muffler cover of the hydraulic excavator. Thickness is 1 mm or more, and deep drawing is performed in one process.

Construction Machine/Engine cover

This is the die for forming the muffler cover of the hydraulic excavator. Thickness is 1 mm or more, and deep drawing is performed in two processes.

Roofing tiles and wall materials

Trim pierce type for punching out the exterior and fixed holes of the slate roofing/wall material. It is an indispensable die for housing materials that require mass production.

We can manufacture max 3.5m x 6m!

What is the maximum material thickness?

6mm.

Is it possible to re-spray after correcting surface scratches on a large die that has been surface treated?

Is it possible to request everything from prototype panels to production of mass production dies?

Yes.
We can do all process with cooperating prototype supplier.

Is it possible to make a single panel, but I don't have the budget to make dies...

We can also produce single-item panels, such as prototypes, with our partner manufacturers!

I want to make cans using press dies, but I don't have the knowledge and don't know what I should do...
