1950～
Jan 1950Miyazu Seisakusho started as tool manufacturing industry at Nishiyajima, Ota-City, Gunma, Japan.
Apr 1954Miyazu Seisakusho started production of automotive stamping dies.
Feb 1957Fuji Technica founded Fuji Tool & Die Corp as a private limited company at Takashima-cho, Numazu-City, Shizuoka,
and started production of automotive stamping dies.

Apr 1962Fuji Technica demutualized to Fuji Tool & Die Co., Ltd.
Apr 1967Miyazu seisakusho demutualized to Miyazu Seisakusho Inc.
May 1967Fuji Technica moved main office and entire manufacturing facility
to newly constructed location at Shimizu-cho, Sunto-gun, Shizuoka, Japan(Mishima plant).
Sep 1967Miyazu seisakusho moved main office
to newly constructed location at Oizumi-machi,Oura-gun,Gunma, Japan (Oizumi plant).

1990～
May 1995Fuji Technica established Pt.Fuji Technica Indonesia at Karawang-City, Indonasia under the joint management with Astra International, Nichimen (currently Sojitz), and Itochu Corporation.
Mar 1998Fuji Technica registered in JSDA. (Cord No.6476)
Jul 1999Fuji Technica established a Technical Center (at Mishima plant) to integrated technical engneering and other activities.
Jul 1999Miyazu seisakusho obtained the ISO9001 certification.
Sep 1999Fuji Technica obtained the ISO9001 certification.

Jul 2000Fuji Technica established Fuji Assembly Systems, Inc. (former Hiramatsu) at Kakamigahara-City, Gifu, Japan.
Apr 2001Miyazu seisakusho opened France office (Miyazu Europe France) at Paris.
Jun 2001Miyazu seisakusho obtained the ISO14001 certification.
Jan 2002Fuji Technica established Yanti Fuji Wilson Engineering Co., Ltd at Yantai-City, China under the joint management with Yantai Hardware Enterprise Group Corp. (currently Yantai Friend Co., Ltd.).
Apr 2002Fuji Technica moved Fuji Assembly Systems main office and the manufacturing facility to newly Constructed location at Seki-city, Gifu, Japan.
Dec 2002Fuji Technica obtained the QS9000 certification.
Jun 2003Miyazu seisakusho established Miyazu Malaysia Sdn, Bhd. at SubanJaya-City, Malaysia under the joint management with Proton Automotive and Nissho Iwai Corporation (currently Sojitz).
Dec 2004Fuji Technica canceled registration with JSDA, and listed stocks to JASDAC.
Apr 2005Miyazu Seisakusho established the new head office at Oizumi plant.
May 2005Fuji Technica established Yantai Fuji Mitsui Automotive Die & Parts Co., Ltd at Yantai-City,China under the joint management with Mitsui & Co., Ltd.
Jan 2006Miyazu Seisakusho demutualized Miyazu Europe France to MIYAZU SARL.
Jan 2006Fuji Technica opened Detroit Branch at State of Michigan-USA.
Aug 2009Miyazu Seisakusho moved to MIYAZU SARL at Dourdan-City, France.

Jun 2010Fuji Technica established Fuji Rayhoo Eng. (Wu Fu) at Wu Fu-City, China under the joint management with Rayhoo Motor Dies Co., Ltd.
Dec 2010Fuji Technica and Miyazu Seisakusho have conducted business integration.
Jul 2011Fuji Technica and Miyazu seisakusho carried out a business integration, changed the trade name to Fuji Technica & Miyazu.
Nov 2012Fuji Technica & Miyazu closed the Detroit Branch in the U.S. and simultaneously established Fuji Technica Miyazu America, Inc. in Michigan.
Feb 2015Yanti Fuji Wilson Engineering Co., Ltd. became 100% subsidiary of Fuji Technica & Miyazu Inc.
Feb 2016Fuji Technica & Miyazu established Yantai Fuji Technica & Miyazu Trading Inc. at Yantai-City, China.
May 2016Fuji Technica & Miyazu Inc. was delisting at the Tokyo Stock Exchange JASDAQ(Standard) market.
May 2016Fuji Technica & Miyazu Inc. became 100% subsidiary of Toyo Kohan Co., Ltd., and also became the member of Toyo Seikan Group(Toyo Seikan Group Holdings, Ltd. TSE Prime : 5901) at the same time.
Dec 2019Fuji Technica & Miyazu Inc. joined Toyo Kohan Group's environmental management system in FY2019 and expanded to all domestic bases.
Acquired ISO 14001 certification as "Toyo Kohan Group".

Apr 2023Launch of Digital Marketing Team
